email - Dont get all confirmation mails of sales, magento -

i have problem magento system, dont mails sales have, , of customers dont confirmation mail. (i of orders, customers never get).

i tried change in "sales email" separate mail, bcc, mail same site admin, nothing change..

when go "sales" "orders" , "send mail" on 1 of orders, thing got fail, time "the order email has been sent.", , time when success customer dosent it.

for smtp use "ksv extensions"

hope have idea do. matan.
