i have web application , sql database instance published on own personal azure trial subscription. app finished , want hand ownership on person creating for. want publish azure subscription, can after billing, monitor, , have ownership of application etc.
i asked him add me user account, , see company name listed 'directory' portals home page (along default directory, web app, , sql database). don't know how proceed here. want able publish visual studio 2013 - run code first migrations create database, location company , not me responsible for.
is approach wrong? in general sense, how develop test application (and test in azure) , publish else on azure?

you first want make sure subscription appears in "subscription list" in top right corner , selected.
i assuming have connected vs azure subscription , able publish app subscription here, , new subscription "missing" selection. have been added new subscription have not updated vs. remove , readd azure subscriptions vs. should require log azure, , should pull updated account information.
now when deploy app, able select subscription want deploy into.
