well, have tried every thing mentioned in fresh-desk api (http://freshdesk.com/api#create_ticket) create new ticket no success.
even though able create new ticket curl request, when use browser rest client says:

i have tried clearing browser cache many times. issue remains same. please suggest.
what kind of rest-client use?
i facing same problem used rest-client postman (=chrome browser extension). clearing browers cache solved issue me.
